For our second project in Design Communication, we were given a lecture on Farnsworth House by Mies Van der Rohe as a preface where we then had to make Orthographic drawings including a Floor Plan, two Elevation drawings and a Section drawing. We also had to draw an Axonometric drawing and two Perspective drawings. Overall, this project was a massive help to me as an Architecture student and I had great fun doing the drawings where my existing skills were tested and new skills were learnt. I felt more confident when drawing Orthographic drawings in my other modules and I also learned about a crucial building in Modern Architecture as a whole
